pumpkin cookies :)

Meredith and I had fun this week making pumpkin cookies together.  We found a delicious recipe without eggs - good for Mama's system, and a good one to lick up the batter!  Meredith was a big help and a huge fan of the licking task... :)

    So what is the recipe?! :-) Would love to know how baking without eggs affects the end result.
